- CARPHA Health Connect does not sell, rent, or lease customer lists to third parties. - Marketing content is separate from essential service messages (for example, security alerts, password resets, or notices required to operate your account). We aim to keep marketing proportionate and aligned with CARPHA's public health mission.
- Where local law requires consent for marketing, we will obtain that consent before sending promotional communications. You may withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time by using unsubscribe links in emails, in-app notifications, or email preference settings where available, or by contacting support@carpha.org. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or legally required notices.
- As stated above, CARPHA Health Connect does not sell or rent customer lists to third parties. If we ever work with trusted service providers to deliver campaigns on our behalf, they may process contact details only under our instructions and for the purpose of that delivery, not for their own marketing.
